  • January 2025 Updates

    Matching List, MDP and Opportunity Search Update

    • Stability Improvements: Enhancements to overall site stability.
    • MDP External Call Notification: EP, COM and PNC Chairs can now notify when a call has been completed outside of CLC under the Search Committee’s Ministry Discernment Profile section.

    • Search Committee Management: Added a confirmation step before removing a Search Committee to prevent user error. Roles are now removed when a committee is dissolved.
        

    • New Links and Navigation Improvements:
      • Added a Church Statistics link to the MDP Full View

      • Fixed broken links.
      • Added links to the Compatibility Survey Information page in relevant sections

    Matching and Matching List Updates

    • Improved matching process with new filters, columns, and indicators:
      • Added advanced filters for matching criteria.
      • Introduced columns for matching dates, notes, and total PDP counts by section.
      • New Match Compatibility Score indicators (Green, Yellow, Orange dots with legend).
      • Matches and Self-Referrals will now appear bold until reviewed.
    • Sorting and Filtering Enhancements:
      • Sorting by Competency Score, Experience Level, PDP ID, and PDP Status.
      • Added "Required Languages" as a matching criterion.
    • Enhanced Usability:
      • Removed Employment Type column.
      • Added Match Date column to the results page.
      • Matches automatically generate when MDPs are released.


    Opportunity Search Updates

    • Added Share and PDF buttons for easier sharing.
    • Improved filtering options with Multi-Position Type and State filters.
    • Re-ordered action icons for better usability.

    Call Notification (New Feature)

    • Call Summaries:  Stated Clerks can download completed call summaries for a given year through the Stated Clerk Portal.
    • Completed Call Email: The email will contain a copy of the MDP and PDP with a summary of the call notification.

    Bug Fixes

    We’ve resolved several issues to ensure a more seamless experience:

    • Fixed errors and unexpected behavior related to External Calls, Call Notifications, and Self-Referrals.
    • Addressed display and usability issues, including flickering behavior, broken links, and missing profile details.
    • Improved functionality for Committees, permissions, and email notifications.
    • Resolved issues with filters, surveys, and other site navigation bugs.

    1. As Call Seekers you can now select which PDPs you want active or inactive. Follow our CLC Support Instructions on how to do this and how to select that You are "Not available to Match".
