Setup Recommendations

Before your first committee meeting:

  1. ✔Test your camera and microphone
  2. ✔Position yourself with good lighting (light source in front of you)
  3. ✔Find a quiet location with minimal background noise
  4. ✔Close bandwidth-heavy applications during meetings

Audio tip: Headsets improve sound quality and reduce echo. Wireless earbuds may not have sufficient battery life for full-day meetings.

Important Reminders

  1. ✔Camera on: Keep your camera on during committee meetings
  2. ✔No phone-only option: Audio-only participation is not available
  3. ✔Interpretation services: Available in Korean and Spanish; requires headset/earbuds
