The General Assembly is a body of commissioners and advisory delegates who gather to discern how God is calling the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) to live out our faith and witness in the world. Over the coming months, you will participate in a unique assembly experience that combines online committee work with in-person plenary sessions in Milwaukee, WI.

Three Foundational Values

The General Assembly's work is guided by three foundational values: The Worship of God, Creation of Community, and Faithful Discernment and Governance. These values shape how we gather, deliberate, and witness together throughout the assembly process.

For complete details on assembly procedures and governance, consult the Standing Rules of the General Assembly.
