Who May Propose

a. An item of new business, in the form of a commissioners’ resolution, must be signed by commissioners representing at least one other presbytery. Such resolutions must be delivered in writing to the Stated Clerk or the Stated Clerk’s designee. No commissioner may sign more than two such resolutions.

Special Note: For the "hybrid" GA225, commissioners' resolutions will be submitted online using a tool in the "Commissioners' Resolution" resource on the GA225 Connections website, and they will be "signed" by each commissioner adding their name to the submission form while logged in to their respective accounts.
