The 30-second timer
A countdown timer appears in the upper right corner of the voting panel. This is the minimum voting window—voting doesn't automatically close at :00. The moderator will keep voting open until all expected votes are confirmed. That said, cast your vote within 30 seconds to avoid any risk of missing the window.
After voting closes
The moderator will display the results in the same area where the voting buttons were.

In plenary sessions, advisory delegates are polled before commissioners vote. The process works like this:
In committee meetings, everyone votes at the same time—there is no separate advisory delegate poll.
The top section of the Voting Panel is always visible on SessionSync, even when no vote is active. It shows your name, your role, and a checkbox to enable an audible notification when it's time to vote. Consider turning this on—especially for long sessions where your attention may be divided.
