Navigating SessionSync—1a

SessionSync is your main workspace in the Meeting Tools area of MyGA. It's where you'll follow items of business, request to speak, and cast your vote.

When you open Meeting Tools, SessionSync loads by default. Here are two things to do right away:

1. Maximize Your Screen Space

If the left-side menu is taking up too much screen space, click the drawer toggle to collapse it to icons only.

2. Scrolling to Find What You Need

To effectively use SessionSync, be prepared to scroll within the MyGA window to access the information and tools you need. During live sessions, key features like the voting panel and amendment motions may appear in various locations on the screen.

Here's a quick overview of the SessionSync layout from top to bottom:

• Parliamentary Toolbox — where you request to speak, move, or second
• Motion on the Floor — displays the current secondary motion being considered
• Active Item of Business — the full text of the item currently before the body
